Deposits are a sincere form of commitment and, therefore, are not refundable.

TRADE INS
All trade-in equipment needs to be examined prior to shipping out the item(s) of purchase. Thank you for being understanding.

RETURNS
As is the nature of high-end audio business, all sales are final unless prior arrangement/agreement have been made otherwise.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

AVAILABILITY
All equipment is sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to prior sale.
We do not hold items without a deposit or full payment.
